The LCD show the data collected by the laser sensors. This type of display can be read by the pilot from about 250m day and night. The panel displays the speed of approach and the distance. Arrows indicate if the speed is increasing, decreasing or constant. Three lights, green, red and yellow, indicate if the approach is safe.
